Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the Russian government to introduce economic sanctions against countries supplying weapons to Georgia, the neighboring country with which it fought a war in August. In a decree published Monday, Medvedev ordered the Russian government to introduce "special economic measures" against anyone selling arms to Georgia, a former Soviet Republic.This is a truly Russian way of doing things. Who is this embargo really against?
